We’ve seen instagram on BlackBerry 10 before, but in the form of an old android port. Someone at crackberry’s forum has scored a much newer leak of the app for the BlackBerry Z10. The new leak sits at version 3.4.4 (The old one was version 1.0.310). It’s still and android port, and a major issues from the old port–keyboard get’s crazy when you want to comment on a picture–seems to be present still, but everything else works much better and smoother. You can even sign up for new accounts now and log in without any work around.
