Samsung introduces Galaxy Tab 3 amid S4 release:

In few days Samsung's Galaxy S4 will hit the stores in U.S. This sounds to be good news. More goodies were revealed today. One such is the introduction of next-generation tablet PC from the South Korean giant.



Samsung today revealed its Galaxy Tab 3. It is a 7 incher and slimmer than the Tab 2. It is learned the device will compete with rivals Google and Apple in the mini tablet range.





Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 sports 1024 x 600 pixel screen and said to support full 1080P HD playback. It is powered by a dual-core 1.2GHz CPU and 1GB of RAM. In terms of on-board storage the device comes in two variants - 8GB and 16GB. However, it has option of expandable memory and you can add up to 64GB more storage.



The Galaxy Tab 3 runs on the latest Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system and is mounted with 3MP rear camera as well as 1.3MP front camera. It comes both as Wi-Fi only version and Wi-Fi/3G model.



Samsung has not yet disclosed the pricing of its Galaxy Tab 3. The release date also too has been kept a secret as of now.
